Fried Chimichangas

Instructions
- Lightly brown hamburger; add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cook until onion is soft.
- Stir in salt, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper and refried beans.
- Cook until heated through.
- Fold in cheese, let cool.
- Place 1/4 filling in center of each shell. Fold one edge over filling, then fold in sides.
- Starting from folded edge, roll up and secure with a toothpick (wooden).
- Pour oil in frying pan over medium heat.
- Add chimichangas and fry; turn.
- Cook until golden brown on all sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Spoon salsa, guacamole, sour cream, etc. on chimis.
- Ready to eat.
