Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup fish fry
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 pounds peeled crawfish tails

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk, and Worcestershire sauce.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the fish fry, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Dip the peeled crawfish tails in the egg mixture, then coat with the dry mixture.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet until hot.
  5. Deep fry the breaded crawfish until golden brown.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
