Fried Pie Filling

Instructions
- Cook each dried fruit in separate containers until well done.
- Add 1/4 cup white sugar to each container of cooked fruit.
- Mash the fruit with a potato masher while hot.
- Mix all mashed fruits together in one container.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator and let set overnight.
- When ready to make pies, add cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar to the fruit mixture.
