A quick and flavorful fried rice dish with bacon, eggs, and green onions, perfect for a comforting meal that combines savory soy sauce and simple ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 slices bacon
  • short grain rice, cooked and chilled
  • dash of Accent
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slice bacon into 1/4-inch pieces and stir-fry until cooked but not crispy.
  2. Push the bacon aside in the skillet.
  3. Crack the eggs into the same skillet and scramble.
  4. Add chopped green onions and push aside with bacon and eggs.
  5. Toss in cooked and chilled short grain rice.
  6. Sprinkle soy sauce and Accent over the rice.
  7. Mix all ingredients together and turn off the heat.
