Ingredients

  • 1 lb. deer meat, cut in strips
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 carrots, cut in strips
  • 3 strips bacon, cut in small pieces
  • 3 eggs, scrambled
  • 1/2 cup peas (frozen)
  • soy sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon until brown, then add deer meat, chopped green onions, and carrots. Saute until the meat is browned.
  2. Add rice, frozen peas, and soy sauce. Saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add scrambled eggs and mix well before serving.
