Ingredients

  • 1 lb. finely chopped cooked pork
  • 8 fresh prawns, cleaned and cooked
  • 3 water chestnuts, chopped
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 1 pkg. won ton skins

Instructions

  1. Chop all ingredients finely.
  2. Place the chopped ingredients in a bowl and mix with soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water.
  3. Cook the mixture until it thickens.
  4. Wrap the meat mixture in won ton skins.
  5. Deep fry the wrapped won ton in hot oil until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with sweet and sour sauce.
