Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups salad oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3 medium jars baby food carrots
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix the eggs, sugar, and salad oil together until well blended.
  2. Add the flour, baby food carrots, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda; mix until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool before frosting.
