Ingredients
- 2 cups finely crushed chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese ⓘ
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⓘ
- 2 cups whipping cream ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
- 1 tablespoon hot water ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup ⓘ
Instructions
- Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil.
- In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the prepared pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream.
- Spoon half of the mixture into another bowl and set aside.
- Dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water.
- Fold the coffee mixture into the remaining cream cheese mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate syrup.
- Spoon half of the chocolate mixture over the crust.
- Top with half of the reserved cream cheese mixture.
- Repeat the layers with remaining chocolate and cream cheese mixtures.
- Cut through the layers with a knife to swirl the chocolate.
- Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
