Ingredients

  • 2 cups finely crushed chocolate cream-filled sandwich cookies
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Line a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with foil.
  2. In a bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press firmly onto the bottom and 1 1/2 inches up the sides of the prepared pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until light.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Fold in the whipped cream.
  6. Spoon half of the mixture into another bowl and set aside.
  7. Dissolve the instant coffee granules in hot water.
  8. Fold the coffee mixture into the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  9. Fold in the chocolate syrup.
  10. Spoon half of the chocolate mixture over the crust.
  11. Top with half of the reserved cream cheese mixture.
  12. Repeat the layers with remaining chocolate and cream cheese mixtures.
  13. Cut through the layers with a knife to swirl the chocolate.
  14. Cover and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
