Ingredients

  • Fresh broccoli
  • Fresh cauliflower
  • Bacon bits
  • 1 1/2 cups grapes
  • 1/2 cup purple onion
  • 3 Tbsp. Apple Cider vinegar
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the broccoli, cauliflower, purple onion, grapes, bacon bits, and grated cheddar cheese in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, mayonnaise, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
