A no-bake fruit cake featuring nuts, cherries, and coconut, bonded with sweet marshmallows and milk, perfect for quick festive treats or casual snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 small bottle cherries, drained
  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2 cups small marshmallows
  • 1 box graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Melt the Eagle Brand milk and marshmallows in a double boiler until smooth.
  2. Mix all ingredients—cherries, pecans, coconut, walnuts, melted milk and marshmallows, and graham crackers—in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Separate the mixture into small portions and roll each into a ball or shape as desired.
  4. Wrap each piece in wax paper and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
