Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Neufchatel cheese or softened cream cheese
  • 1 small banana, mashed
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple, well drained

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the Neufchatel cheese, mashed banana, and ground nutmeg until smooth.
  2. Stir in the well-drained crushed pineapple.
  3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve with apple wedges, pear wedges, strawberries, or other fruit dippers or cake cubes.
