Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherries
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nuts
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. Add the cherries, pineapple, coconut, and nuts to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Scoop the batter into cupcake liners, filling each about two-thirds full.
