Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh or canned apples, peaches, or plums
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2 egg whites

Instructions

  1. Combine fruit, sugar, flour, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg in a medium bowl; mix well.
  2. Pour the fruit mixture into a deep dish pie pan.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients (yogurt, sour cream, egg, egg whites); pour over the fruit mixture.
  4. Bake at 350°F until the cream mixture is firm and the fruit is soft, about 20 to 30 minutes.
