Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. reduced-calorie oleo
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3 (0.9 oz.) pkg. mixed dried fruit
  • 2 Tbsp. raisins
  • 6 (4 oz.) lean boneless center cut pork chops
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Melt oleo in a nonstick skillet.
  2. Add chopped celery and onion; cook, stirring constantly, until tender.
  3. Add stuffing mix, dried fruit, and raisins; toss gently.
  4. Set aside the stuffing mixture.
