Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup apricot halves
  • 5 tablespoons sweet and sour sauce
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and evenly spread pineapple chunks, apricot halves, and chopped green onions on top.
  2. Mix Worcestershire sauce, sweet and sour sauce, and water to create the sauce mixture.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and fruit in the baking dish.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 325°F (163°C) for 1 hour.
