Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3 c. coarsely chopped fresh cranberries
  • 1 (8 oz.) can undrained crushed pineapple
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown pork sausage, stirring to break into bits. Add celery and onion.
  2. Cook until tender, stirring frequently.
  3. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  4. Use to stuff 12 to 14 pound turkey.
