Fruited Wild Rice Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 3 c. cooked wild rice
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. raisins
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. fresh apple chunks
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. orange juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Use as stuffing for game bird, turkey, capon or chicken, or turn into buttered 2-quart casserole and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°, covered.
  3. Yields 6 cups.
