Fudge Chocolate
Rich, fudgy chocolate treat with walnuts and optional raisins or coconut, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and sharing with friends or family.

Instructions
- Mix sugar, salt, and cocoa in a large heavy saucepan.
- Add milk and mix well.
- Cook over medium heat until a soft ball forms when a little is dropped in cold water.
- Remove from heat and drop in margarine. Do not stir.
- Cool until you can hold your hand on the bottom of the pan.
- Stir until vanilla and margarine are mixed in and the fudge loses its shine.
- Add nuts.
- Mix and pour into a buttered pan.
- Cut into squares.
- Let cool and break apart.
