Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hash brown potatoes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
