Ingredients

  • 2 c. torn romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
  • 2 c. torn fresh spinach
  • 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp. dehydrated cane juice
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
  • 1/4 tsp. dried whole oregano

Instructions

  1. Combine torn romaine lettuce, sliced green onions, sliced celery, torn spinach, vegetable oil, dehydrated cane juice, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Combine lemon juice, dried parsley flakes, and dried oregano in a jar.
  3. Cover the jar tightly and shake vigorously to make the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture.
  5. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly.
  6. Serve immediately.
