Ingredients

  • chopped red, yellow or green peppers
  • scallions
  • seeded tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • celery
  • 8 oz. pkg. whipped cream cheese
  • herbs
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Start with 2 or 3 tablespoons of chopped peppers, scallions, seeded tomatoes, cucumber, and celery, adjusting proportions to taste.
  2. Add the chopped vegetables to the whipped cream cheese.
  3. Flavor with herbs, salt, and pepper to taste.
  4. May be made ahead and refrigerated.
