Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 can carrots and peas (save a little juice)
  • 1/2 c. pickle relish
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 4 diced dill pickles
  • 4 hot dogs, sliced
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked elbow macaroni, carrots and peas (including a little juice), pickle relish, diced onion, diced dill pickles, and sliced hot dogs.
  2. Add mayonnaise and mustard to the mixture.
  3. Season with pepper to taste.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
