Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can wax beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can lima beans
  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 pound hot Italian sausage

Instructions

  1. Fry the Italian sausage in a skillet until fully cooked, then drain off the fat.
  2. Drain all the canned beans except the pork and beans.
  3. Combine the cooked sausage, drained beans, tomato soup, tomato paste, brown sugar, and mustard in a crock-pot.
  4. Mix everything well to combine.
  5. Cook on low for about 2 hours, checking occasionally to prevent drying out.
  6. Serve hot.
