Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine, sugar, egg, and orange extract together.
  2. Add cinnamon, cloves, ginger, salt, and soda to the dry ingredients, then stir in flour and wheat germ until a dough forms. Roll out on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes. Bake at 375°F for 6 minutes.
