Ginger Cran Apple Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 Stick of butter softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Butter milk
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Almond extract
  • 1 Apple (your preference)
  • 1/2 cup Fresh cranberrys
  • 1 dash Baking soda
  • 1 splash Distilled vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Sweet tea
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 Jumbo eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. With hand mixer beat eggs then add in butter, extract , sugar and butter milk and slowly add in flour and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl combine apple, sweet tea, cranberries , ground ginger and brown sugar. Add to bottom of pan and pour batter over the top covering all of your fruit mix. Place in oven and cook for 25-30 mins. Remove from oven place flat plate over the top of your pan and flip. Serve and enjoy!
