Ingredients

  • 2 (31 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (28 oz.) bottle hickory smoked barbecue sauce
  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pork and beans, barbecue sauce, browned ground chuck, chopped onion, chili powder, brown sugar, and mustard.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake uncovered for 1 hour, stirring occasionally if desired.
  6. Serve hot.
