Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • baby packaged fresh carrots
  • brussel sprouts
  • broccoli
  • cauliflower
  • zucchini
  • yellow squash

Instructions

  1. Place the vegetables in a pan with water and balsamic vinegar.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium, and cover.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and turn the heat up to allow the liquid to reduce and glaze the vegetables.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
