Ingredients

  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1 can green peas
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup blanched almonds
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • potato chips

Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion in oleo until translucent.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onion, green peas, cream of chicken soup, blanched almonds, sliced eggs, and mushrooms.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish.
  4. Crush the potato chips and sprinkle evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until heated through and golden on top.
