Goat Bake

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet well and bring ingredients to room temperature.
- Crumble goat cheese and mix with ricotta cheese.
- Beat the eggs well and combine with the cheese mixture.
- Add chopped fresh basil, marjoram, chopped garlic, and chopped parsley to the mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared skillet.
- Bake in the oven at 375°F for 10 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350°F and continue baking for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and serve hot with salad and French bread.
