Ingredients

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chives
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Quarter the unpeeled potatoes and place them in a baking pan.
  3. Chop the onion and add it to the pan with the potatoes.
  4. Melt the margarine and pour it over the potatoes and onions.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, chives, parsley, and paprika over the mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the potatoes are tender and browned, about 45 minutes.
  7. Broil for an additional few minutes to achieve a brown, crispy top.
