Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups mashed bananas
  • Walnuts or pecans (optional)

Instructions
