Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 can gooseberries and juice
  • 3 oz. lemon jello
  • 3 oz. lime jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 packages Dream Whip
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip

Instructions

  1. Add boiling water to the gelatin packages, then stir in chopped celery, chopped nuts, grated Cheddar cheese, and canned gooseberries with juice. Let it set.
  2. Whip Dream Whip until fluffy, then fold in Miracle Whip until well combined.
  3. Spread the whipped mixture over the set salad and garnish with additional grated cheese.
