Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Place whole graham crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
  2. Boil sugar, egg, cream, butter, and flour until combined.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in crushed graham crackers, coconut, and vanilla.
  4. Spread the mixture over the layer of graham crackers in the pan.
  5. Cover with another layer of whole graham crackers.
  6. Frost with a mixture of powdered sugar, egg, and vanilla.
