Ingredients

  • 2 cups grandburger
  • 2 cups chopped onions (sauteed)
  • 2 cups pecan meal
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups seasoned bread crumbs
  • 2 cups chopped green peppers (sauteed)
  • 6 to 8 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients, drop on an oiled pan, and brown on both sides.
  2. Prepare gravy or sauce and serve on buns.
  3. Place bouillon cubes in a cup of hot water and pour over the grandburgers.
