- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Remove from heat and stir in honey, brown sugar, egg, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, oats, coconut, and chopped nuts until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared pan evenly.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool in the pan, then cut into 32 bars.
