Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Grape-Nuts
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Let Grape-Nuts and warm water stand until water is absorbed.
  2. Add Grape-Nuts to egg mixture and mix well.
  3. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 50 minutes, or until the filling is puffy and completely set across the top.
