- In a greased casserole dish, place the slices of turkey ham.
- Layer the frozen broccoli on top of the ham slices.
- Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts on top of the broccoli.
- Pour the can of cream of chicken soup over all the ingredients.
- Add water to the mixture if desired, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
