Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can cream of soup
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and chopped onions until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Add garlic salt, black pepper, half of the cheese, and cooked rice; mix well.
  3. Place the beef mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Top with canned green beans.
  5. In a bowl, blend together cream of soup, milk, mayonnaise, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
  6. Pour the sauce over the green beans.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
