Ingredients

  • 1 (No. 303) can cut green beans
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp tarragon or cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/4 cup sliced radishes
  • 2 oz Italian dry salami
  • lettuce
  • 1 hard-cooked egg

Instructions

  1. Several hours or the night before serving, pour liquid off the green beans.
  2. Toss the beans well with garlic salt, dry mustard, olive oil, and tarragon or cider vinegar.
  3. Chill for 1/2 hour before serving.
  4. Just before serving, add sliced celery and radishes.
  5. Arrange sliced salami, lettuce, sliced hard-cooked egg, and onion slices in the center of the platter.
