Ingredients

  • 1/2 (10 oz.) package frozen spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the spinach following directions on the package.
  2. Drain it and let it cool slightly.
  3. Squeeze the spinach as dry as possible and chop it finely.
  4. Put flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
  5. Make a well in the center of the flour and salt mixture.
  6. Add the eggs, salt, and chopped spinach into the well.
  7. Mix together with your fingers and knead until smooth, adding more flour or a few drops of water as necessary.
