Tips & Substitutions

For a moister meatloaf, consider adding a splash of Worcestershire sauce or using ground turkey in place of some beef. You can also substitute the Lipton Italian herb with your favorite blend of dried herbs. If you prefer a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes. Allow the meatloaf to rest for 10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.

Serving Suggestions

Serve Mattie’s Meat Loaf with a side of mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables for a comforting meal. It pairs beautifully with a fresh garden salad or creamy coleslaw. For a heartier option, consider serving it alongside Hearty Beef And Potatoes for a satisfying dinner.

Storage & Reheating

Store any leftover meatloaf in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To reheat, slice individual portions and microwave for about 1-2 minutes, or place in an oven at 350°F (175°C) until heated through. Meatloaf can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
