- Simmer onions and peppers, if you like, in a skillet with a small amount of butter and enough water to keep moist.
- When onions are half cooked, add pieces of fish, pre-cut into strips or squares. The fish will break into smaller pieces as it cooks.
- Season with garlic powder and hot spice seasoning. Keep moist by adding water.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice or pasta.
