Ingredients

  • 2 lb. halibut, chunked
  • 1 small jar artichoke hearts
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. wine
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt margarine in a saucepan and stir in flour to make a roux.
  2. Gradually add milk, wine, hot sauce, and cheese, stirring until the sauce heats and the cheese melts.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chunked halibut, artichoke hearts, and mushrooms.
  4. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 40 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
