Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 16 ounces cut green beans
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • dash hot pepper sauce
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute onion in margarine; stir in mushroom soup and heat about 2 minutes.
  2. Add cooked rice, green beans, diced ham, dry mustard, and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
  3. Turn the mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Top with grated Cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
