Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Kraft Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
  • 2 tsp. grated fresh onion
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (2 1/4 oz.) can deviled ham
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Add the shredded sharp cheese, grated onion, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, dry mustard, paprika, salt, deviled ham, parsley flakes, and chopped pimentos to the cream cheese.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.
  4. Chill the mixture until nearly firm.
  5. Shape the chilled mixture into a ball or log shape.
  6. Roll the shaped mixture in chopped pecans to coat thoroughly.
  7. Wrap the coated cheese ball in waxed paper or foil.
  8. Chill again until ready to serve.
