Ingredients

  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 1 cup sifted self-rising flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
  • chopped ham
  • 1 hamburger patty
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 1/2 medium potato
  • 1 carrot sliced

Instructions

  1. Place hamburgers in the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Slice the potatoes, carrots, and onions.
  3. Place the sliced vegetables over the meat in the dish.
  4. Cover the dish closely with foil.
  5. Cook at 300°F (150°C) for one hour.
