Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 12 slices bread, crust off, cubed
  • 4 small green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 cup melted oleo
  • 3 cups cubed ham
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Instructions

  1. Beat together eggs, milk, melted oleo, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Layer bread cubes in a greased pan, then top with cubed Velveeta cheese, followed by cubed ham.
  3. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the layered ingredients.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over all the ingredients in the pan.
  5. Refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until light brown.
  7. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.
