Ingredients

  • 1 lb. dry lima beans
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ham or bacon
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 can tomato soup

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a crock-pot.
  2. Stir together well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours.
  4. If cooking on high, cook for only 4 to 5 hours.
  5. Serve with wedges of hot corn bread.
