Ingredients

  • 2 c. ham
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 large carrots
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Dice all ingredients and place in large casserole dish.
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour or until carrots are tender.
