Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground ham
  • 1/2 lb. ground fresh pork
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. quick oats
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine ground ham, ground fresh pork, milk, quick oats, egg, prepared horseradish, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined, similar to making a meatloaf.
  3. Shape the mixture into 8 to 10 logs.
  4. Place the logs in a greased flat casserole dish.
  5. Cover the casserole with Raisin Sauce and bake until heated through.
